I get very nerveous very easily and quickly. This affects my relationships and my physical health. How to reduce this tepmer?

You must realize that we have NO control of what and how we feel about things,our emotions are uncontrollable.But we and only we have the control over How we react to them,and remembering that there are right and wrong and we are and will be held accountable for those in which we choose, and all actions trigger reactions So please think about it first and all that may be affected by your lack of control of your inner,outer temper because really you are the only one in control of it,and only you

Not joking but I have the same problem, I'm very easily pissed off.
The way I found to control it was to come and live on a beautiful island in the Philippines where I do nothing but drink cold beer and look at the surrounding beauty.
The times that I do get mad, it passes very quickly, but I must have my shout and normally hit a door or wall.
I have never hit a person in my 48 years!
If it really pisses you off, walk around the corner and hit something which hurts you.
