You may be the type that is sensitive to regular aspirins, if you need them in the future, get yourself either coated aspirins or something like Tylenol, that is aspirin free. You probably have irritated your stomach, so now you need an anti-acid for neutralizing. Use can use;
*Pepto Bismal Oral Liquid, *Gaciscon Liquid, *Mylanta, *Mortrin Anti-Acid, and several others.

Your stomach pains may reflect an ulceration of the stomach. Certain ulcers ameliorate with food, but with others the food intensifies the pain. It sounds as if you have a duodenal ulcer. Do not eat any acidic foods, stay on a soft diet,...broth, jello, toast, chicken, puddings. Milk is a good drink, and you might want to include one of the antacids such as Gelusil or Amphogel. As soon as convenient, schedule an appointment with your physician. The danger of an ulcer is perforation, where the stomach acid erodes the lining of the stomach or small intestine and the acid eats away at the blood vessels and causes internal bleeding. Pay attention to the color of your stool, if you are bleeding, it will be black and tarry...then you should go to the ER. Surgery is not often done now as we can control the bleeding rather simply, but you would need medical care. Do not use regular aspirin, buffered aspirin is better (Bufferin) or any of the other aspirin like compounds. Another suggestion is to use a heating pad on your back to relax muscles rather than take medication. If I may be of service, let me know.

I think you should stop the aspirins and find another pain reliever.
My co-worker was taking aspirins and his stomach started hurting. He lost almost all his blood and was off work for months, because it was so serious, doctors did not think he was going to live. He started bleeding at work, and it just got worst.
