Only shareholder of S corporation died. Wife has not been appointed personal representative yet. S corporation is ready to be filed but no one to sign. Do we have to wait until widow is appointed? Are there other options?

My husband and I have decided to stop using any form of birth control - we figure that it will happen if it's supposed to happen. My cycle is not a regular one anyway, but I'm about 5 days late. Any advice or comments on some of the early signs of pregnancy? I don't feel pregnant, but I know that it differs from woman to woman. My mother said that she "just knew". I have had the usual PMS symptoms, but nothing yet... Any advice on how long to wait to take a pregnancy test?

I hav asked this question earlier but i might not hav explaned this enough.there is this kid named john. he is really annoying and he doesnt seem to get it. ive asked my teachers for help but they do not seem to help. i have e mailed the teacher that i have the class with and nothing has happened. he disturbes my concetration in band and he makes weird toung gestures. and when i am keeping tempo he tries to touch my foot and he really gets on my nerves i cannot move because this is band class, i am 1st chair and he is 2nd i hav already consulted my parents andthey hav given me confusing answers i hav e mailed my teacher but i dont think he wants to respond. he is popular and i am not, i am in the middle he knows everyone and i hav talked to everyone but they dont agree with me if u are one of the ahssholes that wants me to beat him up i am not going to stoop myself down to stoopidity.whut should i do?

when I put it into 4 wheel drive to go up a hill, or thru mud, or snow, when the hubs come under load they click very loudly, it seems like the auto hubs in the front are not fully actuating and as a result they are slipping. if anyone can give me advice on this I would really appreciate it.

How are they different? I would like to know both in terms of philosophy (or spiritual ideas and practices) as well as understanding the physical or genetic connection. Are they "cousins"? What is the archeolgical or genealogical evidence? Although the two groups recognize each other as being closely related, I have never seen anything showing how they are related.
