My situation is as follows. a month ago I started a computer class and I kinda fell in love with my teacher( he's in his late 20's, I'm 24). At first he didn't give me any signs that he might feel the same. After a while, I think I sensed something from his part, too. But he didn't ask me out or anything. Today I found out that he might not teach to our class again, he was replaced. Now, I have his e-mail address. Do you think I should start communicating w/ him this way, at first asking him whether he'll teach to our class our not? I don't know if he has a girlfriend or not...I really don't know what to do and also I wouldn't want to make a fool of myself. help....

I know someone who was convicted of a felony (1st degree burglary, 7 counts of violating a no contact order, taking a motor vehicle without permission, etc.... The person now has 2 felonys on their record and served about 1 year in jail. They are out now and I am wondering how long they are on probation for. He recently violated his no contact order and it was reported. Im wondering what will happen and if this is a violation of his probation

My mom's cat often lies down on his back in front of my cat. Sometimes my cat will lie down in front of my mom's. It obviously isn't a submissive pose like it is in dogs because the cat that is lying down stares aggressively and the other cat growls and complains about it. Is it supposed to be some kind of insult or something?

My relationship with my ex-fiancee was three and a half years of the very best days of ourlives(admittedly on her part), but we started off wrong. We were not happy with ourselves and got very over involved. Alot of hurtful things were done and said. Not cheating, but verbal abuse on both of our parts-competition for who has it together more. Now we have been seperated for three months, she left me. However, I pushed her away and asked her to leave a few times. Now I have made my bed and am lying in it, and deservably so. We are at different points in our lives now, and we both love ourselves now. She kept the ring and still loves me, but she is doing this for herself, because she wants to be happy and I understand because she gave all of herself to our relationship and I was immature about things or took it for granted I guess. She is dating someone else and I am to, admittedly on both our parts-nothing serious.
How do I earn her trust, and ultimately progress?

I'm on college i get up and sleep 3 days/wk from 4am to 10:30pm, 2 d/wk 5am to 10:30pm and on wkends at 7:30-8am-11pm. Why am i sleepy, uninterested in school things, not able to concentrate on wkends from 8am 'till 3-4pm and after that i'm ok 'till 11pm (i'm able to do my homework in that time). and in wkdays not? what can i do to make it better (be active and able to do things as on wkdays)? thanks

For the last 2 weeks water may run cold after a 15 minute shower, now it just gave out completely. Has a "991" error - Burning Error. It is getting gas, and water, I've tried cleaning the filter and resetting the unit. It always comes back to the "991" error. Any suggestions? I am hesitant to contact them for warranty repair because they say in the manual that it will not be covered unless installed by a licensed plunber, but it was installed by a unlicensed plumber. I'm pretty sure the problem is not related to the installation.

This is my first month on birth control and I was wondering if it was safe to skip my period this month. I know not to do it a lot, but can I do it on my first month?

Also, is it possible instead of taking your weeks worth of sugar pills the fourth week, can you take a week of the real deal out of the next pack, THEN take the sugar pills? I just want to delay it a week.... is there a way to do that?

We have been intimate before but it never led to intercourse. It was a battle between heart and mind and my mind always won-I was worried about ruining the friendship. We don't see each other often as we live 3 hours away. I'm only in town when I'm there for business purposes (we work together but in different offices. we've developed a great friendship over the past 6 years) He has always welcomed me to stay over at his place and I have on several occasions, in his spare bedroom. I never have any expectations when I with him, sexually that is - I enjoy being around him. We have lots in common. The next time I see him is in 2 weeks. He knows I'm coming but will not be home when I get there. I would like to surprise him when he comes home. I'm not into the lingerie/garter belt & stockings thing as I see that is a very popular answer here. I'm thinking a few candles, wine, music...would it be corny if I had asked him to dance with me? Your suggestions are welcomed....

What I mean by this is: Is there an actual law governing the use of 'internet which someone else is paying for'? E.g. by connecting to a wireless network which gives internet access.
Could people also consider the reasons behind this law or, if there is no law, why not? E.g. Is it morally right to punish someone for using someone else's internet access?
