If (HR) my job wants to reclassify my position, can the union object, if there is nothing writtien in our current MOU?, Reclassification is downward and not upward!, No one will be displaced as a result.

my bf is sick and he has a 2 year old and twins his ex the 2 year olds mom heard that her son was sick and jon got pissed off because she blames him for ezekeil being sick.even thought it is his fault.so she ends up helping him out and they seem to have a love/ hate relationship.jons really clumsy and once he fell out my apt window and was hanging upside down from the fire escape laughing.his big brothe whos 12 years older then him came by to halp take care of his twins.the problem is hes just like jon but more educated with kids and almost twince as clumsy.when jons ex came in with soup she "accidently spilled some on him" he got pissed off and started yelling in italian and she starts yelling in spanish.then his brother comes in and does a belly flop on the bed and the rest of the soup spills.i dont know if i should leave the 3 of them alone with 3 kids there.because there all pretty much the same and sometimes the 2 year old acts better.

everyone claims this and that, according to what they believe, what they see, what they read, what people tell them...everything by the media. unfortunately i do the same as well, only a few life experience.. then other people counter back that what the media tells them in general are lies, biased, fit to the politicians wants and beliefs, are ways to control the nation. who can we believe now? because of this, our anger most probably are directed to the wrong people.

I just saw a bullet for the first time and it's like smaller then a suppository!!! how can it kill? it's so small? (i mean, i'm not talking the head or stuff) but in movies I see people get shot in the stomach and they die. sorry so graphic (but i just wanted to exclude the head... i get that part)...but the rest of the body, i don't get how a small, suppository size bullet can kill. thanks

i just bought a 2002 passat, 1.8 litter turbo. i was driving it and all the sudden the check engine light came on, i checked the air filter, and it was filthy, i changed it and reset the thing so the check engine light would go off, about 6 hours later, i drove it with the engine light off, and as i sped up reving the engine to about 4000 rpms, it did fine, but when i got into town and did the same thing, the check engine light popped back on, i made sure the gas cap is tight, the car seems to be running fine, any ideas?

I had blonde highlights put in my natural dark brown hair about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't my first time doing highlights, it was a touchup. However, since my natural hair color is so dark, i dont think it was bleached out completely before she put in toner. Now it's starting to look brassy. I've used a color shampoo called ArTec that's supposedly gets rid of brassiness but it doesnt! Should i put in a violet/blue based toner for my highlights this weekend?

My dog is litter trained and most of the times he will go in his litter box. Some times he will go poo on the floor but he only does this when we are gone or sleeping. And for some reason he always poos in our son's room. Now we keep his door closed but our dog will now go buy the bathroom or our son's door. Any suggestions on way and what to do about it.
