I am 57. I have had a hysterectomy. I have been told it is not hormones and my MD has changed my meds several times.I have tried Black Co-hash and soy products no help.I take 3 to 4 showers a day it is hell. Especially when you get out of a cold shower and sweat right away. My chronic pain comes from a neck fusion where my nerves were stretched to long. I lost feeling in my left arm. This trauma cause me to develop fibromyalgia. Please help if you have any ideas?

I'd like to add heat to my new home and I'm wanting something small for emergency power outages or "pleasure" heating. I'd prefer something that was small, but maybe had an optional cooking space (like those old small cook stoves you see sometimes), that didn't take up too much space, and cost less than $500 dollars.

Every big pharmacy you go to has their own variety. Are the CVS/Walgreens/Ekerd versions any less efective? Are they bad for you? They are usually a lot cheaper, is the quality any worse? This is just about generic OTC medicine.

Ok, I hope you can give me a real answer. I'm 6'2 250lb, I'd really ike to be 6'2 200 lbs. But I'm not fat just got that guy to work off. And you know I wanna bulk up and tone, but I'm not sure if I shoul dlose weight first. I've been doing areobics for about 20-30 min to warm up before my workout, then I do either lower body or upper body, followed by some cooling down aerobics. I do this 5 days a week. Everything I've read either focuses on either losing weight or gaining muscle mass. It doenst look like i can do both at once. I mean Im trying to lose fat why would I want to go on a 3000+ calorie diet? I'm trying to make two weeks of alternationg meal plans, but until I understand what I should be doing to reach my goal, I cant realy do that. Help.

Is it normal to get hot flashes while you are pregnant?

I will wear layers of clothing and strip down (not literally, hahah) when I get hot, but it happens constantly. And it's been so cold out lately, I couldn't even imagine dealing with it in the summer.
