i want to do this on client's machine so i will have to write macro or code in ms access application. can anybody guide with the same

In Access, go to Tools, Options, View tab and click the check mark out of Windows in Task bar. This allows only one item to be seen in the task bar instead of one for each box in view. Another check box in there you may be interested in is Start up Dialog Box.

Microsoft tells you how to hide the task bar in VBA, if you have the right versions of Windows and Access. See the link below.

right click (wrong click) on start. select properties. click taskbar tab at the top. click customize button. look for app in the list and choose proper selection

With your desktop in view, click, hold and drag the icon on to the desktop..
