Is it possible to have implantation take place 4 days after sex? Cuz I had like sharp crampy pains in my lower abdomen(close to my pelvis) could this be implantation?

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

Kelley is right on the money with her suggestions. However, you should always keep track of any crampy pains at a time that you think you may be pregnant. I would also suggest an at home pregnancy test (which can give positive/negative results as early as day 3).
If it comes out positive- an appointment with your OBGYN can and should be made right away (especially if crampy pain continues) just to insure that there is no tubal issues and that you are off to a healthy start!

I got some very very light spotting on the day my period should have come. It wasn't enough for a panty-liner, it was only on the tissue. And when I say light, I mean it was light, very hard to even see.

Good Luck.

I have heard of it happening before. But only after ovulating.
Just because you had sex and four days after you cramp doesn't mean you conceived. You have to be ovulating first.
