i have the PERFECT remedy for hiccups, i workd immediately, its one of those common things you do to get rid of it but with a little change. how can i do so if i give it away im remembered for it?

How do I manage to cough the guitar up? It just sits in the back of my throat and makes me have dogs breath all day.
After a few months it comes up naturally and it looks like a light brown cheese. and it stinks.
I have tried inhaling but it doesn't work.
Any advice please, as I think this is the only thing that is stopping me finding a girlfriend.

Why can't people just open their eyes and see the truth for themselves? Or is it because no one wants to know the truth? Not so much of my face cut that im worried, rather its my slightly oversized protruding eyes. Im sure with the right eyewear i could somehow conceal the obvious abt my eyes by way of technical illusion. However the question is which sort of frame? Plus does the color of the frame have an effect on the kind of eyewear im searching for?

i was seen for 15 minutes complaned to work cover and they sent me back and i was seen for 30 minutes some of the report was made up of reports of my fathers which were taken aproxamatly 6 days after my visit, i think he did a poor job, and he also lies in the report as in clothes i had on, which were differnt colours to the ones i had on, he said he took my whieght and hieght, he didnt ect ect. is there any code of ethects or does any one if this is the done thing or not, the time factor of assesment is my main consern, as i have had severe psoriasis and psoriatic aurthritis for aprox 12 years, and i rarely leave the house and he thinks that i have nothing wrong with me, as depresion go's.
