i try to repair it but it says i have to contact the person who setup my network...i mean how the hell do i know who did it...my relative gave to me the laptop and they also dont know who...

Please check your Access point if its working properly then check your network adapter configuration setting.
I think you have some problem in network setting.

Add An IP address for network adapter

try disabling and re-enabling the wireless card, it may then pull a valid IP address. If not try statically assigning the tcp/ip with an IP address from the lan scheme of your router.

Try using a fixed IP address. Or on the DHCP server service on your wireless router.
