Hate Is A Very Strong Word. And Should be Used Sparingly. You may Feel That You HATE This Person Now And You May Even Never Again Like This Person But Believe me There Will Come A Time When You Wont Think Of Them At All.
Think About This, The More You Profess To Hating This Person The more You Think About Them. if You Are Thinking About Them, You Are giving Them The power Over you. If You Try To Let it Go, Forget About Them Yu Give Up No Power And They Are Stuck Wondering About You And What You Are Ding.
Im Not Saying It Will Be Easy but It Will Happen . Trust Me I Know First Hand.

The ones that we hate are the hearts we once had
meaning: u can not hate someone out of thin air u love them first and they hurt u so now u hate them but deep down inside u love them

I have tried hard for years to tell myself I don't hate him. Yes, I do. If murder was legal, he wouldn't be breathing. Honestly, I don't think death is even good enough for him. How about to have an extremely painful entire life for him? As it is I have a restraining order against him. He was a liar, a cheat, and an abuser. Being left on the beach in the middle of winter bleeding once was enough for me.

I spent 2 1/2 years with him, I loved him like no one have ever known. On my grad night after he escorted me, he broke up with me and told me that he hadn't loved me for 2 months. It was like he looked me in the eye ripped out my heart stomped on it and said clean up your own mess. a year and a half later he got married to another girl who I can;t help but like because she is exactly like me. The problem with this is you phrased it "the one you use to love" I hate him with an undying passion but the only reason that is, is because I still love him. and he sits at home with his wife happily married while I sit missing him everyday. You can't hate someone you use to love unless somewhere you still love them!
