Why do we consider people in the south to have an accent when really its a lack to properly educate the english language?

Do you actually think the government would allow media outlets to do stories on these topics if they occured in the US? Would they keep it quiet? If so, why do you think? I have three dogs. Two I adopted from school (vet tech program) and one is a puppy we just rescued. They are all outside dogs and each one has a 10 foot by 10 foot kennel, all connected in a row so each dog can smell, see, and hear the other two.
The problem is, one of them will not lay in his doghouse, even when it is pouring down rain, windy or chilly. There is plenty of straw in the house and in the kennel. But this particular dog dug all the straw out of the doghouse and lays in it next to the house! I have put treats, toys, and even his food in the doghouse, and he will go in and eat but won't stay in there. I've tried moving it around and in different directions but no luck.
I'm just worried that he will freeze this winter--he's a hound mix, about 45 pounds, and he's very fit-no extra fat on him. I feed him as much as he can eat, hoping some extra weight will keep him warm.
I can't bring him inside--tiny house, no room.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

I never have had any problems with headaches in the past and for the last few days, I have had them every single day. i take pain medicine but it does nothing for me. Ive been eating and sleeping well. The pain is mostly by my temples and behind my eyes. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

my boyfriend asked me to marry him. I told him yes, but I keep holding it off telling him I don't think that is what he really wants to do as an excuse. He keeps pushing it. The only reason I keep holding it off is because my family wants me to wait to get married, either because they want me to be older or to have more money or be more stable in some way, and I have always followed my parents and families wishes, because I always found them best, but my heart is telling me just go do it. Go get married, and if they' re mad they will get over it. I am so in love with him and I really want to get married, but my parents hate the ideal as well as the rest of my family. I just don't know what to do and I would like to know your opinion.

Some people say that a good way to ease the pain is to crush ASPIRIN and apply it on the spot.

They also say that Aspirin is better to crush than Tylenol or Ibuprofen, because Aspirin is WATER SOLUBLE.
