They are co-chairs of the drive. The headquarters is located at Shadow Wood Mall, 401 W. Broadway, #107, Muskogee. Only Muskogee County registered voters can sign the petition. Oklahoma is one of only two states in the U.S. that give citizens the right to petition for a grand jury investigation as part of their state constitution.
