My Virgin Mobile phone was stolen a while ago and while I love their services and phones, I was wondering if there might be better alternatives I'm missing out on. Your opinions would be appreciated. :3

I think it really depends on what you are looking for in phone service.Myself I am a Nextel customer monthly, not prepaid. However we bought our daughter the boost mobile prepay, as far as the service on her phone compared to ours, she has service when we don't and her direct connect is only a buck a aday.

it is like asking what's the suitable digital camera. there is not any answer as all of us has their very own opinion. If all you decide on is a transportable telephone that could even take photos, then there are various reliable cellular centers that are no longer overly costly. T-cellular, case in point ( an older Motorola telephone) i exploit with a prepaid card provider as approximately all i exploit it for is the outfitted in FM radio. My wide-spread cellular ( a miles greater moderen and smaller Motorola) is on Verizon on a "relatives" plan and is loose to me and, because i do no longer text fabric, i exploit it to make and take calls, use the internet for my e mail and to envision the factors and take an occasional photograph. I carry it in my shirt pocket alongside with a Palm Zire and positioned on the Motorola with the FM on my belt.

Go with Cingular. I have been using them for the past seven years. They have good rates and the best reception (I can use the phone anywhere) than the previous prepaid ones I have used.

Before them I used AT&T (merged with Cingular) and Tracphone. I left Tracphone due to bad customer service.

One of my co-workers uses the Cingular Go-Phone and loved it. You still get M2M, free nights and weekends and the coverage area is really good.
