Which One of these are you? Please note that each one of these is a worse-case scenario. As you draw closer to enlightenment the symptoms decrease, until once you reach Nirvana the state of mind, along with the suffering it produces, is ended. Thank you for your input.

Hell: A state born of anger, you lash out as your first respose to provocation. However, since there is in truth nothing to lash out at, instead of striking outward you strike inward. You are caught in a cycle of hatred. The other type of hell is the one in which you use cold pride to put up a wall between you and other people, isolating you in a state in which arrogance is the only thing which sustains you.

Preta: A state born of greed, you always want more of everything, you always hunger. However, once you have that which you hunger for, you forget about it abd begin seeking smething else. It is, in truth, not the material things you yearn for but rather the sense of want. It is the only thing that sustains you

Does anyone else find the idea that Vin Diesel, most likely to get the part of Agent 47 in the upcoming movie Hitman a horrible, horrible idea? For a start he looks and sounds nothing like him. I personaly think a good choice would be "David Bateson", the man who actually does Hitman's voice in the game. He looks alot like him to..

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0061055/

For anyone who thinks its a good idea for Vin Diesel please tell me why? It makes no sence!

I know this is cruel but I just have a feeling that the cameraman plays a big part in Steve Irwin's death. Hadn't anyone notice that the cameraman identity is still not known yet and why was he not interviewed by the police etc etc? I know it's not John Stainton. I believe this ... If only that stupid cameraman had not blocked the sting ray's path and blocking that fish ... It would not have turn and strike Steve instead ... Steve knew it was ok to swim atop the ray but that stupid camera block the way and it turn into defensive mood ... Camereman ought to feel guilty.

I am a muslim...It happened that I didn't want to marry the guy my parents found for me. So, I dishonoured my family in this way. Now, all our family friends feel embarassed to talk to us. Even my friends from childhood.
My parents said that I'm doomed forever and that I'd never find someone to be with.
But I still believe that things will change for good.
How could I possibly get out of this vicious circle and find new friends without feeling embarassed for something i don't consider to be wrong.

Thinking about expanding my music library---wanted other inputs....esp. classical, jazz, opera, but will consider all types EXCEPT rap/hiphop.

Your choices on the island will be the ONLY pieces of music you will EVER hear again in your life, except for what you sing/play solo. Choose carefully; we're talking 30+ years here!

"Work"--an album (double CD OK), complete opera or symphony, collection of musical pieces NORMALLY PERFORMED TOGETHER to make a coherent whole, etc. (You music ppl know the fancy terms.)

Or, if 10 musical works are too tough to choose, which single musical composer's works would you pick to take along, given that you will hear no other music for rest of your life? And why that particular composer?

Yes, it's a lot of work. I'm hoping music lovers will put in their 2 cents worth and share, and not be concerned abt the points. (But if you know any spectacularly good covers of piece X, I'd be grateful for the tipoff.) Thanks!

Traveling Wilburys (1988) -
Roy Orbison, Tom Petty, George Harrison (The Beatles) Bob Dylan, Jeff Lynne (Electric Light Orchestra)

2 albums (ironically, titled Vol 1 & Vol 3)

vs.

Blind Faith (1969) -
Eric Clapton (Cream) Ginger Baker (Cream) Steve Winwood (Traffic) Ric Grech (Family)

1 Album

A heavy-weight matchup of talent.
