i was wondering if i should really worry if i had blood in my stool??? i have a hemroide but it isnt acting up it doesnt hurt to go to the bath room from that end and it doesnt feel like a cut back there like it usually does when my hemroid acts up so i dont think the bleedings from the hemroid... i dont strain to go to the bathroom and i go to the bath room only twice this week which is unusual... So the ? is what could it be and should i really worry.. and THE BLOOD ISNT DRIPPING MY POOP IS ONLY COVERED

You should call your MD and make an appointment, any changes in your stool are a concern. You could have polyps that are bleeding and if left untreated, could make you anemic with blood loss, not to mention the other things it could be that will be worse if left untreated. You could have a hemorhhoid higher up that you think.

As you say, the possible causes of bleeding include a haemorrhoid or a cut (fissure) in the anus.

There are other possibilities as well.

Internal haemorrhoids - most likely (see wiki page - painless)
Diverticular disease - and bleeding diverticulae
Colon cancer

You really should see a doctor to find out if you need a colonoscopy.
