Does "mywebsearch" tool really violate privacy?

Here is a link to what ISS says about the toolbar. ISS are very reliable and authoritative. They rate it medium risk. I'd uninstall/remove it.

It is bad,it is in with cool web search.I had to do a system restore to remove it, but now there is a program called cool web search shredder that will do a search for any of this spy ware and remove it.
