It sells name brand clothing and accessories, and furniture...I dont mean no Tommy Hilfiger sh*t either!!! I am talking Juicy, Roca Wear, Guess, Lucky, Liz Claiborne, Michael Kors, BCBG, Fendi, Prada, you name it they have it practically. These items are going for $90 or LESS (including genuine fur coats). Is it legal for them to sell damaged goods (tiny tears or stains) like this? I didnt think that you could re-sell a damaged product from such high end stores...dont they dispose of this stuff so people, like these that i have found, cannot profit off of thier cast offs????
dont get me wrong...i have nothing against them...i was just wondering cause if u think it is illegal i will make sure to use cash instead of plastic!!! I am not sure of the name exactly...it is a lil hole in the wall store that is in the GHETTO...i accidentally found it the other day when i got lost...lol...the inside is really creepy and dirty...

This particular teacher writes on the whiteboard with red pen. My son does not seem to have a problem with any of his other subjects, consequently his other teachers write in black on the whiteboard. I am going to get his eyes tested tomorrow but I feel it may have something to do with the colour red. Has anyone ever come across this situation before?

I partially saw something similar on one of those TV court shows, I think divorce court. I didnt keep it there long enough to hear if it was considered an irreconcilible difference.

Everytime I try to see your answer makes me blind.Everytime you speak to me I cannot clear my mind.Everytime I open up you shut me down again.Everytime I start out new you bring me to an end.Everytime I help myself you help to bring me down.
Everytime I listen up you take away the sound.Everytime I find my way you cross my path once more.Everytime I get back up you push me to the floor.Everytime I try to breath you start to suffocate.Everytime I shed the blame you help to implicate.
Everytime I close my eyes you wake me with a scream.
Everytime I mend within you tear another seam.Everytime I try to quit you shove it in my face.Everytime I find my peace you're taking up my space.Everytime I think you're gone you show your crooked grin.Everytime I find some hope you cause me to cave in.Everytime I think I'm cured you introduce disease.Everytime I feel some strength you bring me to my knees.Everytime I ask for help you prove my needs untrue.Everytime I lose myself it's all because of u

... . ..who can tell me whether or not they can get a prescription to obtain an over-the-counter medicine? The one I'm thinking of now costs me triple what it did when my insurance paid part and I only paid 'co-pay'.
My reason for asking is the prelude to my own attempt to get a prescription - I figure if Medicare or Medicaid helps the poor get needed medication - which they should - then maybe my insurance carrier should continue to pay their part for the stuff I need even though it has been removed from the prescription list.
You need not be on Welfare to answer if you know the answer. Thanks.

Even though hosiery remains in fashion how come most women prefere tights (pantyhose) to stockings, despite in my opinion them being less comfortable and a health hazard?

I am having trouble fingering an A chord on an acoutic guitar. I know the placement of fingers on the frets, but since three fingers are on the second fret they barely fit. Is there a trick to getting all three fingers to fit on one fret or do I just have to practice practice practice!!!

I either pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle riding horses. I've been in and out of the hospital, and it takes forever to get in to see the doctor. It's virtually impossible. Well, it's getting better, bet only very slowly. Can anyone suggest something to do to get rid of the pain? I tried drinking, but six margaritas didn't do it, and my husband had to help me stumble up the stairs. Help!

Do you have somebody in the workplace who is completely retarded? They just act so dippy and can't seem to get or do even the most simple thing that the job requires. They ask the same stupid questions 100 times a day and When you look at them, you think "A infant would understand." But yet, they're so nice and you just can't help but like them. Maybe it's a co-worker or somebody who works under you. maybe your boss.

About 4 years ago i walked alot, and i was very thin. I have stopped walking and have become very unhealthy. I have started back walking now for 3 months and i have noticed no change. When i do walk i tend to stop and dance in my tracks. Is that a bad tecnique? Do i need to hold my body up a certain way. The music i lsten to is high paced. Why am i not seeing any changes? When i was thin i could eat what i wanted and still lost weight. I am dieting and wakling and still no changes. I want to know everything i can about walking and loosing weight. I am also going to start walking my dog everywhere with me. What am i doing wrong?

How often do you hear somebody complaining about getting "done" for speeding? Why are they complaining? They broke the law, got caught and got punished, same as any other criminal.

If you tried getting sympathy for being late for work due to an over fastidious security guard at the supermarket having finally caught you stealing Mars bars on your way in to work every day, you would be ostrasized as a thief by all except other criminals.

If you go into pretty much any social setting and complain that you got pulled, or caught on a speed camera, however, numerous people would join in sympathetically berating the authorities for picking on you all.

Now, what's the worst thing that can happen if people habitually steal chocolate bars from supermarkets? The prices go up and maybe there's one or two less job vacancies with that company, but overall, there's no great loss of life.

Drive into something at high speed, though, and we're talking fire, death, carnage. What gives?
