I have been told that a dog has several years in one of the humans years
(Hope you can understand that!)
How do they know (whoever) that a dog has 7?? years in one of our human years?

I recently colored my hair from a light blonde(my natural color) to a dark brown. Im really happy with the way it looks only its starting to lighten up even thought im using a color protector shampoo. Any advice on how to keep my color or how often i can recolor. THANKS!

We live in Michigan in Mason County. We were walking in the woods near Sippy Road when Aries ran off. We think that he went to the road and someone picked him up. I put up a lot of signs on Sippy Road, and I placed an ad in the paper with a reward. I also called up animial control. Due to my acid reflux, my doctor said I should raise the head of my bed 6 inches with blocks. Anyone do this before? What is the best thing to use? I thought about getting a 2 by 4 and cutting into pieces then nailing them together. I'm concerned that if they aren't stable that the bed may slip and come crashing down some night.

If and When you have children, what will you teach them about religion? Will you tell them that your beliefs are correct and all others are wrong? Will you encourage them to explore different religions in order to find the one that suits their beliefs? Will you make them go to church every Sunday?

Personally I am agnostic but I do not plan on pushing my beliefs on my children. I will encourage my children to research all world religions and make their own decision based on what rings true in their hearts and minds.

I have strong convictions however I personally do not believe in parents pushing their beliefs on their children. To me, choice of religion is a decision that should be make by an individual.

If a child is raised in a Christian church (for example) and that is all they every know, of course that is what they will believe because they know nothing else.

My ex-boyfriend was really a tactless, insensitive person although he claimed to be sensitive...now that we have broke up i just can't bring myself to forget him...i keep reminiscing about the past about what we did and how much fun we had. I know it's all the past but everything was really so sweet...he was my first love. He also said a lot of unkind things to me but i can't make myself be angry at him. Whenever he sends me sms to wish me goodnight i would get very lonely and miss the times when we were together...i know perfectly that i really deserve better but i just can't forget him...i love him so much. Only after we broke up only did i realise how much i loved him....There were happy and sad times together with him but i just keep on thinking about how happy we were...and i worry that he'll not take care of himself...i really feel very sad and miss him a lot. How i wish i can give him a hug right now.

We have 2 smaller dogs (pugs) and my wife has made it quite clear that she wants a labradoodle. Sh works long hours, we are trying to have kids, and I don't think we can devote the necesary time. I have brought up these points but it does not matter to her. I do all the houshold chores and I think it will all come back on me in the end. I've been drinking Bragg (2 tblspoons) with water 2 times a day for about 2 weeks........and I have noticed i feel better, though I hate cringe with the taste. I just wanted to hear anyone's personal stories if they have had any great benefits from it.....and is it a bad thing after time......I worry about the acid from it over time.
