Cindy Crawford's work out video is fun and very toning. I have loved it for years I wouldn't change a thing in it, it also has great music......

I'm in the same situation. I have a Netflix subscription (if you are in the US) and it has been my savior. They have so many different work out dvds, it's amazing. I never get bored doing the same thing over and over again and they have such a huge selection that you can try pretty much anything to figure out what you like and what will keep you interested in working out.

Even if you don't sign up with them, you can go to the website and see what is out there. They give you really good descriptions. Just type in workout or exercise and you'll get a whole array of things. but I am partial to the Tae Bo videos. Fast paced, fun, and even gives you a bit of fighting skills!!

Any PILATES DVD is really great. It is for toning. You will not get bulky from it. It is a workout that will make you burn, and you will learn grace as well, but is it sooooo worth it!!!! The Core is a really great work out too!!! I have included some links for you!!!

Walking is good also to get your blood flowing if you want a break in between the DVD's.

Good Luck!!!

Any of the Firm series are the best there is. They have been around forever and they guarantee visible results in 10 workouts, but you see them in about 5. It's basically hand weights and toning workouts mixed with bouts of aerobics. They work wonders for toning.

I totally LOVED davina Macall's 3 thirty minute workouts (right up until i was told i couldn't do any impact exercises). the 3 workouts are of different kinds, one cardio box, one more traditional workout and one core stability (which i admit i never tried).

I am no way fit and totally lazy but the cardio one was great because i could punch and kick my frustrations out on thin air and it left me feeling totally energised and like i'd accomplished something.

good luck!
