We r 17 and 15 and have a 1 yr old son now she says she wants another one. And her parents dont want her on the pill so shes not yeah dumb parents.

I exercise regularly (making up for all the junk I eat!), typically 4-5 times a week for at least an hour each time. I can ride a bike outdoors at a steady 15-20 miles/hour for 2 hours. I can do an indoor bike for an hour or two, before getting totaly bored. I've tried it all..... But why is it that I can't jog???? Well I could, but after a few minutes I start getting out of breath. I have to push myself pretty hard to get just under a 10 min mile.

If and when I do go jogging, it winds up being about a blocks worth of jogging and then speed walking....when I catch my breath I do the jogging again. I've tried building up to a steady jog, but I alwaysss get winded.

Is there a certain breathing technique?

What am I missing?

This question was posted since few weeks ago,...but i never have a satisfying answer.So maybe now somebody wise can answer.

When we talk about justice,..it contain REVENGE,...we cant DENY this.Some people said justice is not revenge...i cant accept this!....because it just doesnt make sense.

If we follow Jesus :...we will forgive and and love other people....
If we follow philosophy of justice:....we will never forgive before we punish other people fault....

Does using Hair gel to get the "scrunched' look damage your hair in some ways? I would think it'd be an improvement from using a straightening iron or curling iron (which i typically do) but was just wondering if there was something to watch out for when using Hair gel too often.

Theres this guy, and I think he likes me because he is always really nice to me, he makes conversations with me, and he occasionally walks me to my classes. Our cats have fleas and we've tried everything. Are there any real alternatives to Advantage? We have 5 adult kitties and 4 kittens, so advantage is cost-prohibitive. I live in a town surrounded by millionares. It's Cali, so I know many are "bay area equity millionares". However there are soooo many huge mansions. I guess I'm a middle class gal. (Maybe upper, in a nation wide scale) I look at the homes and wish I could knock on the front door and ask but I can't. What worked for you? Own your own business? Smart investing?
