i play defensive end for my school and i want to get better, does anyone know any really good drills or workouts i can do to get better??

Hey I'm a freshmen too and here's what I think. Lift some weights to improve your upper body strength so you can shed blocks more easily and increase your speed to chase after that QB when you get in the backfield.
