Im building a PC for creating music and playing games. I was wondering if anyone has a PC with PC8000 1000Mhz RAM and if they do, whether it is worth the extra hundreds of pounds over PC6400 800Mhz RAM? Plus why is it so hard to find a motherboard that will support PC8000?

Is it o.k. to use prenatal vitamins if i'm NOT pregnant? I've heard it's good to use to grow your hair/nails. I've also heard that it's not a good idea because the reason your hair/nails grow when you're pregnant is because of the hormones not the vitamins.
