The only advice I have to offer, is be careful when taking vitamins. Depending on the meds you take, vitamins might interfere with them. The best person to ask is your doctor.

In my case, I can't take ANY multi-vitamin. I get a reaction every time. The reaction varies by what kind I take. It's mainly the "metals" that make me sick. I can't take iron or magnesium. Anything like that. So, I take individual vitamins based on my needs. I take B-12, Vit. C, Calcium and fish oil. It's a pain and I feel like a drug store sometimes. However, it's what works for me and I feel great. The rest of my vitamins, I get with a healthy diet. So far, it's working well.

Good luck!!

Go to a health food store to buy your supplements, they're MUCH better. One-A-Day is a crock. And don't buy supplements in a pharmacy.
