Position it so you can watch as many neighbors at once as possible. Also try to make it so you can see the entrance so you know when the cops are coming [wouldn't want to miss any of the action!]

With trailer life a guess at best, since the survivability in a tornado is so low, I would move to something more solid and safe.........................
