Ok, so currently I am eating a healthy breakfast, and lower calorie (140 to 220) Lean Cuisines for lunch and dinner. Also, I'm allowing myself however much fruits and vegetables throughout the day for snacksAnd, I'm trying to drink at least 64oz of water, sometimes more. As far as physical ativity, I'm walking, biking, weight lifting.I also have an elliptical machine, but I need to get some new batteries. I'm trying to lose about 60 pounds,so, it's going to be a while. One of my questions is, can I eat too much fruit? I try to balance the fruit with the vegetables, but I know that fruit is VERY high in sugar, naturally,so, is it ok to have 3 or 4 pieces or servings of fruit a day?And, is there anything I can take to actually help me burn calories/fat,supplements,anything?Any suggestions on healthy low cal, not too high carb breakfast ideas?I have a history of yo yo dieting & bulemia, but I HAVE to lose weight for my health,So please, anything that will help me will be VERY appreciated.
