OK I tick some of your boxes!

I have endo and a retroverted uterus, however I do have regular cycles and the ones that I've had monitored do indicate that I ovulate. Sadly I have never had a pregnancy medically confirmed.

Now according to whichever report you read, most say that a retroverted uterus is not an indicator to infertility, so any operation to correct the tilt is, in theory, useless. My specialist has never suggested I have mine corrected, and in fact my Mum has the same and managed to have 2 healthy girls.

In terms of your problems ovulating, you really need to find out why you're not always ovulating. Is it PCOS? Is it some other cause, hormonal for instance? Weight problems (over or underweight)? What fertility work-up have you had? Has your partner been tested? Have you had the patency of your tubes tested?

I can recommend going to see a naturopath for irregular periods, my best friend has PCOS and spent 6 months on Clomid (Clomiphene) with and without hCG trigger shots and never saw that magic line. However after 3 months of seeing the Naturopath her cycles were regular, without drugs, and by 4 months she was pregnant. Her son is now 4 years old.

Feel free to contact me here if you need anymore help, or I can recommend here for good advice and support... http://www.thebabycorner.com/boards/forumdisplay.php?f=312

Get your infertility treatment in India .IVF treatment, IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges all types of medical treatment and surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as some of the surgery including ivf treatment is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your treatment and surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The doctors are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star. I recently also read about a Chinese couple facilitated by forerunners healthcare were able to get their baby by IVF and a surrogate mother.

My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full treatment for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.I strongly recommend this company to you as they can be of great help to you. Hope this helps.
