How can I change the colour of Icons (word, excel) files of microsoft?

Start the MS word or Excel, etc.
Click the Tools
Options
Customize
Commands
Now u can add any more Icons u want to add
Remove the unwanted Icons
Click on any one of the existing Icons (Rt. Click), with command window remain open.
Now on rt clicking on the icons on yr toolbar, u get a menu
click on the edit button image
now make yr own icon or color it as u want.

now open all the menus.
On closing u get the reqd icon.
On closing the application (Word, Excel, etc) u have to save normal. dot as asked by the applicatioin.

I think this is what u wanted.

i'm with Jason. OpenOffice has little or no over Microsoft place of work, and Microsoft place of work has a good number of stuff over OpenOffice. i stumbled on OpenOffice modifications the default report institutions each time you employ it, which makes it kinda like a virulent disease. It has no appreciate to your suggestions. I vote to uninstall OpenOffice.
