we sit in class and he gets smart or makes a smart comment about another boy or someone that he heard someone else say that that person liked me and hemakes me mad and goes off and yaps his mouth about other boys and trys to play me !

he is immature and you don't need that frustration while you are in school.. You have to learn how to ignore foolishness, and that is what he is being a fool..... you can show people better than you can tell him.... explain to him how you feel and start acting as such... do let him see that he is getting to you because then he will continue

sounds like a very complicated situation, but why don't you confront your boyfriend and tell him how you feel about him doing that but make sure it doesn't sound like you are trying to protect the other boy or else he's gonna think you like him too.
