Just wondering what your thoughts are. I'm a fan of many rappers, Nas, The Notorius B.I.G., Mobb Deep, Tupac, Dre, Jay Z, old Ice Cube, etc. I know many things about each one of them, I'm a black guy who grew up with rap and learned about the drama that went down with them all. But, I don't understand why Tupac is considered the best rapper of all time? I know about his mother, his history, etc, just like I know about everyone elses. But why Tupac?

Please Enlighten me. I'll let you know who I think the best one is later. And I'll reveal why I think people pick Tupac after your responses.

Did you hear that Whitney is divorcing Bobby Brown? Girl it is about time. I hope she can get her life back on track. I'm not blaming Bobby for what Whitney chose to do but he was a mess. Bobby needs to grow up real fast because the money is gone. lol

my father flipped when he found out i was gay. he has always been abusive and all of that stuff. he has just been diagnosed with a potentially terminal cancer. should i forgive him for all of the torture or just be stubborn and not care. he is my father and i do have a few good memories about my childhood.

My boy can't breath and so.. to the hospital we ran but.... the weeks go by and there is no way in sight out of all the bills and we still can't go home. In RD there was a Doctor that said that the problem with American medicen is people who can't aford it still get itso does that mean that the rich are the only ones who have the right to live any more? for 3 days now our bathroom stinks! i cleaned, bleached, scrubbed everything but the smell is still there and i think it's getting even stronger. sometimes it smells like a sewer; other times, it smells like a dead animal. i can't tell for sure..also, to tell you the truth, i have no clue what a decomposing animal is supposed to smell like! i have literally put my nose to everything in that bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, bathtub, all the drains, floor, walls, air vent, etc) and i can't find the source. what could it be?! if it's a dead animal in the walls, what can i do about it? how long will the smell last IF it is an animal? help me, pls!

Me and my ex broke up a year and a half ago when I moved to college because he could not handle the long distance. We havve continued to stay friends and he calls me about every two weeks adn we see each other now and then. This has been going on for a year and a half now and I realized recently that it needs to stop because its holding me back from other relationships. He tells me he likes to talk to me, I still mean a lot to him....etc. So I decided that I wouldn't answer his calls and he kept on calling and calling. When I did answer he tried to say he just wanted to see how I was doing..yadda yadda yadda. Doesn't it mean something though that he called 3 days in a row after I didnt' return his calls? Does he still have an attachment for me and if so why doesn't he want to be with me?

He has almost completed his training and will be done at the end of October... We have a daughter that will be 7 months old on the 20th of this month. He joined when she was 4 months old. I'm starting to wonder if we thought about this as much as we should have? What in the world will we do if he gets sent to Iraq? I have been so sad lately, and after visiting him at his basic training graduation everything seemed so much more real that it had before. I just don't know what to think. I pray every day that this will never have to happen to us. I can't imagine what other families with the mothers or fathers deployed are going through. How do I cope with this anxiety? How should we mentally prepare ourselves? If he does get sent over, would it be stupid to think about getting pregnant again before he goes? I'm just so upset, I don't know what I would do if this ever happened, and especially if anything ever happened to him... A lot of people are gone for a whole year...

He and I have been dating for about 4 years and he keeps moving his adult mooching kids home ( I have been on this over and over again). He wants me to just pretend like they are not there and he works nites, so he and I sleep and have sex in the daytime. His 25 yo daughter, her husband and 2 kids just moved out and his 38 yr old son and his preggie girlfriend just moved in.
I like him a lot, but am uncomfortable with these kids who keep moving in and out. Would you go ahead about your business or would you stop having relations because they are there in the house not even a 8 inch wall away? He doesnt seem to care if they are at home or not and he cannot come to my house because I have a teenage daughter in and out.

My mom had her thyroids removed because they weren't working right. The doctor failed to get her started on thyroxin and that caused her to gain more than 100 lbs in VERY little time. She is now unable to walk more than 30ft without gasping for breath. She's wanting to lose the weight on her own...as opposed to having gastric bypass surgery. With her condition, what would it take to lose the extra 200 lbs?
