i love rachel ray's $40 a day, then unwrapped because i like to find out how things are made, or any episode where there is a food contest like chili, seafood, pies, etc. because in some of the episodes, they give you the recipe. yum

The next food network star.. The winner is from my hometown, his name is Guy and he is currently taping episodes of a new show called Diners Drive ins and dives for the food network. This man donates his time to local High schools to talk at their Culinary classes, truley a great person!
