My massage therapist does craniosacral and zero balancing, as well as raindrop and the other "usual" massages. I love it -- haven't heard anybody who's tried it say anything aginst it.

Try looking at Amazon.com for craniosacral therapy, usually osteopathic physicians practics this technique, but I see no reason that you can't.
Also there is a training session in it in florida in feb.

My mother is a CS trained practitioner. She rreceived her training from the Upledger Institute, and has continued to Zero Balancing and several other therapies. http://www.upledger.com/home.htm

She treats patients for all sorts of problems, and has good results. I have scoliosis and she has used it several times to help bring things back into alignment between chiropractic visits.

Good luck!
