ross and marshalls and tjmaxx... target and walmart.. both of those have great sales racks. ALso check in your area for a second hand store. They are different from goodwill as in they will only take fashionable clothes that are gently worn. Sometimes these places will buy clothes off you too. I don't know where you live, but they have a great one in the Bay area of ca. I'll give the info if you need it

Try to find a great consignment store in your area. The clothes have to be in perfect condition or they won't accept them so you don't have to wade through tons of yukky stuff to find the good stuff like you do at say, Value Village. Also, you can take clothes there and get a credit or cash to buy more clothes if you have some you are tired of but are still in fashion and in excellent condition.

If you need work attire hunt the thrift stores. I found a Versace suit for 25 cents. End of summer at the department stores and malls has great markdowns. Walmart on line gets some cute stuff cheap, check clearance.

Do you really want cheap clothes?..if so buy at your discount stores. Would you rather buy for a small price and get high quality? the others have said it..GOODWILL.....SALVATION ARMY....SAVERS.......ST. ANDREWS...or any and all second hand shops....I love them all....I can by a real silk sweater in top condition for a couple bucks....and I get a lot of compliments on the way I dress....and I love the look on some peoples faces when I tell them from head to toe where I bought each item!!!
what have you got to lose??..try it out ...its not for everyone ...buts it works for me!!!

Forever 21, if you are anorexic.
J/K Target and Walmart have some decent options. I once got a really cute skirt from Target for $6, it was one that I had been eyeing and then found it on clearance. Old Navy, Ross, Marshalls and Kohls are good too.

I'm sorry for all the people who pay high prices.

I love salvation army and goodwill. I buy underclothes at walmart, but regular clothes at the thrift stores.

There are quite a few stores that sell excellent second hand clothes on consignment. Picked up a designer gown for next to nothing.
