My daughter will be staying at a friend's house for 2 nights while my husband and I go out of town. What would be an appropriate gift to give to the family that my daughter stays with? We aren't very close friends, (we don't hate them or anything), but our daughters are very close. Their family consists of husband, wife, a ten year old daughter and my daughter's best friend who is 13 years old. Anyone have any ideas?

I can't believe women, they just use me for sex all the time. I recently had to dump my girlfriend cuz all she wanted to do was have sex with me. It really hurt my feelings...I feel like i am being raped by women as do all other guys, i mean, im a human being not a piece of meat, girls can be such jerks sometimes

i have brand new brake rotors and pads but the steering wheel still shakes and kind of pulls when i apply the brakes. i noticed that the ball joint boots are torn. could this be a problem? i have a 98 mustang gt with 120,000 miles

I have to detremine the graph of linear equation.
-2x+3y= -6
by finding the x and y intercepts. type the equation using function notation.
I have the answers x (3,0) y (0,-2) but I can't figure out how to get the function notation. please help. use intergers or fraction for any numbers in the expression.

I have an elderly uncle who is gay, but is only out with his closest family and friends. I wish he'd be available for discussion, especially since I'm coming to terms with my bisexuality. It would be nice to have him to talk to. When I questioned my mother about this, she told me a horrible story about him. When he was younger, like in his 20s, he felt that it was his duty to be proud of his orientation. It's been around since the dawn of time after all. He and his lover were out and they were harrassed constantly. One evening, my uncle came home to find his lover murdered in his bedroom, shot in the head execution style. It was very truamatizing to him. It was his first love and he knew that it would've been him too if he was home. After that, I can never bring myself to talk to my uncle about anything LGBT for fear of upsetting or scaring him. My question is what type of struggles did you go through that you don't see happening now? Do you have stories?

I am trying to loose the pounds that I gained during my pregnancy. It has been very hard for me to loose weight. It has been 2years that I have been strugling. nurse practitioner or real medical doctor? do nuse practitioners know just as much? im trying to figure out if i should go see a gastro doctor for my stomach problems. i'm 21 and have been to a nurse practitioner for the following reasons:

cramping, gas, bleching, acid indigestion. stools are occasionally soft or small. she tested my blood, she tested for stds, she tested for blood in my stools and any kind of infection in my stools and found nothing wrong, everything normal. i occasionally get abdominal pain, swelling, or maybe just bloating. i get fuller faster than i normally would yet still hungry at times since i am eating stuff without milk (such as sandiwches hot dogds and soup) trying to stay away from milk to see if im lactose intolerance. the other idea the nurse practitioner thinks it could be is irritable bowel syndrome. anyone ever experiences this or heard of it? should i go see a gastro doctor? or real medical doctor? ive spent so much money on doctor visit as it is
