does anyone or has anyone ever used a bondage sleep sack? if yes can they be used solo or you need help and are there different types. thanks

No you can't use a sleep sack on your own. There are definitely different types and variations of sleep sacks. The vary in strength, materials, how completely you are bound, attachments that can used with them, etc. Here are some good examples of sleep sacks and how they vary in price.

I'm familiar with them. Example of some can be seen at this link (http://www.extremerestraints.com/rubber-sleep-sack_152.html ) Unfortunately for self-bondage enthusiasts, they don't seem to be designed for solo play.
