You pose the hardest question on the site tonight. I was in love with Mrs Roper and her selection of mu-mus, I also love Don Knotts. They both have their charms, neither one subtle. OH MAN! this is tough! I'm gonna say Ropers, no no wait. Mr Furley had his own heart, and was easily out witted, while Mr Roper needed Mrs Roper for the complete qualities. Mr Roper had a lot of hate too, so Mr Furley! He was funny, had a heart, could still sort of play the heavy, and mug to the camera like a pro! Yup Mr Furley all the way one-hundred percent. ... in a mu-mu maybe?

The Ropers. Who doesn't thinks a horny old woman and her grumpy husband are funny. Besides, Mr Furley was just plan creepy in a "drills holes in your walls to spy on you" kind of way.

Mrs. Roper. Nothing funnier than a mega- horny semi older lady. Mr. Roper rocked, in my opinion. He was awesome in the old Twilight Zones and Playhouse 90's... he was a fantastic dramatic actor.

Don Knotts was the best Barney Fife that ever carried a single bullet. But I couldn't get into him as an over aged playboy.
I admired Don Knotts' humor clear back to his days on the Steve Allen Show. That was a groundbreaker if there ever was one.

Having no idea who Mr. Furley was, I pick the Ropers because I can recall them from vague, vague childhood memories.
