i just started it myself.
but my mother and my sister have both lost a lot of weight on WW.
it taught them how to eat better for life.
im doing the core diet. i don't like to count and keep track. i just think have to think about what im eating.
what have you got to lose by just trying it? except for the weight i guess. (sorry about the pun) no but really, fad diets don't work. eating right and excercising are the only way to keeping healthy and i think its a discipline that has to be learned. WW is the perfect way to learn.

Weight Watchers really worked for me after my 2nd child was born. I lost 20 kilos (I think there are about 6 pounds in a kilo?). I found it to be really non restrictive and never felt really hungry. Its great because you can eat out and eat quite a lot as long as you count your points.

It's so good! I lost at least 15 pounds on it. It's good because you can eat whatever you want; it doesn't limit you. You just eat less and don't eat late at night.

In my first week, I lost 5 pounds. And after that, I lost between 2-3 pounds every week.

You'll love it!
