Is it possible to get a muscular body without steroids or hormones and stuff? I hear so often that male bodybuilders look that way because they are so loaded up on muscle enhancers. I would like to join an amateur bodybuilding gym but I don't want to if the only way to look that good is to take steroids and creatine.

Also, are there any official bodybuilding competitions where competitors are strictly screened and not permitted if they have taken such substances?

Finally, if i want to get that fit, does anyone know how often I should train and for how long? (By the way, I don't want to look like a bulging gorilla, just athletic and muscular...the key word here is "amateur").

My friend and I are trying to set up the ultimate in genius websites. Affiliated with hatsofmeat.com , it is a website called www.eatmyshoes.co.uk , and is deidcated to edible footwear. We've already constructed several models; loafers, sneakers, sandals, etc, but have hit a snag. We cannot find an edible glue that is strong enough to adhere soles (steak, halumi, gelatine, etc), to uppers (ham, japanese seaweed, jerky, etc). Superglue is inedible, gum arabic and edible cake glue are not strong enough, and egg white, gelatine and icing split, shear or crack. We've decided that glue is the way forward, as edible threads (celery, rocket, etc) cannot be threaded through the eye of a needle. Can anyone suggest a reliable single way of adhering two parts of an edible shoe. This is a serious question! :)

I have a daughter about to be 4. She's incredibly bright, willfull and bossy. I need direction on helping her to learn discipline, confidence and respect without tearing her down. i was wondering exactly how many turns you turn the idle mixture screws for them to be in perfect sequence im at 2 right now and it seems to rich for the engine like flooding it should i lean the mixture quarter turns at a time or half turns at a time on both screws equally

Children into and thru amateur and even professional athletics, but given the sucess that ALOT of kids achieve because of the constant proding, is it REALLY such an awful thing to have a parent who does not accept mediocrity from their child in athletics?

and this is just my question, i think sports parents are often a bit psycho.
