Try an outlet mall. Maybe Saks 5th Off Avenue outlets where they have discounts. Also, try a chain called Filene's Basement. They have a web site with locations.
I have seen Miss Sixty and Seven for All Mankind occasionally even at Marshalls or TJ Maxx for steeply discounted prices.

OUTLET MALLS! They are great. We have a brand new mall, here in Wis. Dells. It's Tanger outlet mall. They have my favorite stores! Ambercrombie, Rue41, Clarie's, Holister's...and tons more! I went in, and a 65$ pair of jeans I like was marked down to 18$...a shirt I loved that was 45$ was 2$!!! Good Luck finding one in your city.
