i woke up this mornin then all of a sudden my calf started KILLING...it was probably one of the worst pains i have ever felt in my life and it lasted for about 5 seconds..wat happened?

its called a leg cramp. if your leg is numb and you try stretching it out it will hurt. its nothing too serious so don't worry. and no its not a charlie horse, a charlie horse is at the crotch or the thighs, not the calfs.

You need to drink more water. That's the way you muscles are telling you they are becoming dehydrated. That is of course, you bumped into something in the middle of the night but the pain would last more than 5 secs.

Cramps in it, sometimes it's from a lack of salt in the body or vitamins. I would drink some Gatorade.

Charlie horse. Probably because you dehydrated yourself. It's happened to me when I don't drink enough liquids the day before and I'm active.

Maybe you had a Charley horse?
It's just a regular leg spasm. Try stretching, heat packs, and water.

I get cramps on my left thy. I started to take potassium now. I heard their good for cramps. OUUUUCH..
