You can always contact me. I'd like to think that Im a good listener and I have been in a similar situation, so I have a rough idea of what you're going through. Everybodys experiences are different, but there are always genuine people out there to help you.Do the brave thing......contact someone who will listen and you're halfway there.Take care of yourself and remember you're a very special person. xx

You're right that if you don't feel like you can trust anyone, seeing a shrink won't help you just yet. You should find a friend or two online to talk to -- you're not seeing this person face-to-face, so you may feel more that you can talk to them. (I sometimes find myself able to tell near-strangers things that I can't tell my own family, for example.) That can healp you learn to open up to people enough to seek counselling, which is what you need to help you with your inability to trust people and to deal with whatever it is in your life that you feel like running from.

If you dont trust anybody then I would have said talk to a counsellor as they are usually impartial, but you already said you tried this. What about the samariatans? I dont know what your issues are, but if its to do with something like a crime having happened to you, what about victim support? Try going to your doctor, they may be able to put you in touch with someone. Good luck

I don't know how alike our situations are, but,my cousler has helped me alot. He has opened my eyes to what i do and why i do them. I think that if you don't understand why you run then you can't fix it. I run because i get what i want them i push people away,so they change. then i blame it on them and i run.I push and run. So i'm working on that. Just know that somewhere out there, somebody else is feeling the same way you are. Hugs, and i hope you can find a way to control it.

Sometimes you have to try seeing a bunch of different therapists before you find one you feel you can really work with.

You need to get out there and find someone you can talk to. Councillors tend to be a bit crap...but try a healer or someone who does reiki.....it helps....believe me I know.

Good luck hon
