THE MAIN STUFF AT NIGHT IS A SALAD(CARROTS AND LETTUCE DURING NIGHT TIME), AND IF I GET TIRED OF THE SALADS I EAT A NUTRI GRAIN NUTRITIONAL BAR. I DO NOT DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. ONLY 3 OR 4.
I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.
FINALLY, MY 4 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 700 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 25 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.
HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.
