If you are remorseful about it - then yes, it can be bad for your mental health. If you're doing it with random people - it can be dangerous in term of STDs. Otherwise - no.

Define "unhealthy." There are certainly health issues around any sexual activity, including mental health, unwanted pregnancies, and STDs (sexually transmitted diseases).
Many religions view premarital sex as "morally wrong/sinfull," but personally I make a distinction between morality and health.
