u know the most important thing for a circle handball player is to be smart and well belt as well . so u hv to improve ur way of training . i mean u hv to look for another way of training not usual things to do every day

First of all you need an iron will to achieve your goal. Then lot, lot of training, talent and some physical predispositions. Just do it man, don't give up and you are on the right way...

handle ur balls daily, gently yet firmly. train your mind to focus on the the hand connected to the ball, block every thing else out. master ball handling skills, stretch and scratch. this technique is past down from the wise ancient masters of ancient mastered wisdom, ... psst.. ( there Chinese.... shh...)
warning: avoid any contact with balls other than your own.
