I'Ma 24yr MALE I ONLY EAT 2ice A DAY ONLY, 1 6" SUBWAY SANDWICH (MEATBALL MARINARA WITH MANY VEGGIES) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF THAT I EAT LEAN POCKET SUBS, ALL THIS DURING DAY TIME. THE MAIN STUFF AT NIGHT IS A SALAD(CARROTS AND LETTUCE DURING NIGHT TIME), AND IF I GET TIRED OF THE SALADS I EAT A NUTRI GRAIN NUTRITIONAL BAR. I DO NOT DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. ONLY 3 OR 4.

I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.

FINALLY, MY 4 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 700 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 25 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.

I think losing 45 lbs w/in 3 months is good enough, don't overdo it, dude. Continue the exercise and eat a well-balanced diet. Drink a lot of water, this has nothing to do with weight gain and besides since you're sweating a lot, you'll need a lot of water or else you might experience dehydration. Eat a lot of veggies and fruits, avoid carbohydrates. Avoid drinking a lot of liquor and softdrinks. These two causes a bigger tummy. Goodluck!

Look you are losing your weight at a fast speed anyway. Losing too much weight, too soon can be very damaging on your body and can cause serious health issues. Try drinking more water and that will make you feel full more. Good luck and good job!

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
