I was sitting on the floor with my legs straight and he got on top of one and started rocking back and forth like a dog would hump. He is not even 2 yet! what should i do if that happens?

The 17-year old is a girl too, and sex has nothing to do with it. the house is1/4 mile from mum's house in the middle of the countryside,and drugs have nothing to do with it either. It's just wanting to be independent, in a small way. AllI want to know is the legal position , but I don't think the people who answer know any more than I do. It's hard to get trhrough to citizen's advice on the phone, but obviously I'll have to persevere. There should be a category for legal questions.

people from my High School ALL the time. old friends, ppl i hardly knew. not usually teachers, but mostly friends i had when i was younger that im no longer close with. High school was a long time ago, and i dont know why, all of a sudden, im dreaming of it every night.

i also always feel 'trapped' or that i've done something wrong.

are there any really good dream decifering websites i can check out? thats what i'd really like. a good one thats not generic.

On Fox News John Walsh said, "This now means that their will now be a sex offender registry in every State, even the liberal States that don`t want to have sex offender registries. Mandatory collection of DNA of sex offenders in even the liberal states that are against collection of DNA. It will solve thousands of cold cases of rape and molestations and 500 new Marshals on the street and 55 new FBI agents." It has been a 3 year fight in Congress but now it is law. With in the first few The law has already caught one child sex offender who fled from CA. and was caught in LA. because States are sharing information. He was caught with Child porn and was up to his old ways. It is now a federal beef for sex offenders to flee across State lines instead of a just misdemeanor.

I am writing a paper and I am interesed to find out what other's think about the issue of reparation for slavery, segregation, and current forms of institutional racism?

Do you support reparation? Why or Why not?

What forms are acceptable? Affimative action in college entry? Forty-acres and a mule? Community investment projects?

Do have any great ideas about reparation you want to share?

Personally, I support the idea of reparation. Too often we remove ourselves from taking responsibility by saying it happened so long ago, but it wasn't long ago at all, and the poor are still unable to overcome the consequences.

I'm 16. I usually had my period the normal 28 days after the prior but now I'm having it around 14 days after. It is just as heavy and lasts just as long as they normally do. this has been happening for over 2 months. Let me explain. When you have the urge to go the bathroom (for a "number two") it has to be acted on more or less immediately. If you suppress the urge (for instance because there is no convenient convenience or you're stuck in a work situation) then the chances are that you can't recreate the urge through force of will. You have missed the "poo boat", and have to wait for it to come round again of its own accord. It is similar to having a good idea or clever thought - if you don't write it down straight away, the chances are it will disappear and, as often as not, no amount of strenuous thought can summon it back. I hope this makes sense.

On Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. You have a mission with rider. You and him go in a boxing truck to a house and you have to steal three boxes from it. At the end of the mission it tells you that if you get that truck. You can go to many houses and steal from them. I have gotten The truck and whent to a ton of houses but could never figure out how to steal from them. Some one help.
