There are many ways to get a cardio work-out. I'm considering mainly either an exersize bike, a treadmill or jogging, but among all forms, what is, overall, the best way to get a cardio workout?

I've always wanted to go to New York, and it's not now, til i've started earning some money, that I can afford to.

I don't know very much about the city though? What are good airlines to travel with? Where would I want to stay if I want to be in the middle of the tourist-y bit? I don't want to be put up somewhere that's miles out of town on the outskirts or in a dangerous bit.

The brochure i've got has lots of hotels in Manhattan. Is that a good bit? Any advice would be very much appreciated.

First of all I was raised in baptist family, For as long as I can remember I have always felt a certain longing ..something inside that wont let me go .I have always felt drawn to learn and get involved in wicca and paganism, its hard for me to explain but its way to deep and far beyond just curiosity.
