I'm not Italian fan.I'm a French fan.But I cant stop myself from ansewring this question coz Zidane is the greatest player of his generation and the greatest player along with Pele and Mradona.He is an awesome player and can do wonders with the ball.this is the truth whether the italians like it or not!

Yes, he is the greatest player. Because he single handedly led the france to the finals of WC. His performances in the round robin and the knock-out stage motivated others in the team.
