I ask this becase I have an empty flat. I get a letter nearly every week that accuses me of having a tv. I have already told them its empty but I still get letters telling me I am breaking the law. I just figure that surely its up to them to prove I have a tv and not for me to prove to them that I do not have one. I really want them to send an inspector but I want to refuse them entry (because the bastards piss me off). Does any one know if they have any rights to enter your house?

I live in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Watertown, MA. Two weeks ago my father was hit by a drunk driver (foul mouthed, a drugs addict, probably black) on our driveway. This almost destroyed our happy suburban life. Because of this the right side of my father's left foot is paralyzed for the rest of his life. My mother saw the disaster happen and since then, she can't come out of the house any longer because she's grown afraid of cars. Now I have to do all the grocery shopping. I wrote a letter to the city council, asking if they could forbid cars for two weeks in the streets surrounding our cul-de-sac. This would help her get used to the idea of leaving the house again. Would you believe the city refused to even consider it? Frankly I'm offended as a tax payer that practical considerations are superior to the delicate feelings of the citizen.

I was told to wear a gown, a cap and a hood to the graduation ceremony. In addition to the gown and cap, I was initially thinking of wearing my usuall casual clothes consisting of a pair of jeans and a T-shirt, but my sister says otherwise and she is right. Sinse I don't own any formal clothing like a suit, shirts, ties and formal trousers, she told me to buy a suit, T-shirt and a tie. I don't know, what should I buy? You can always tell a Satanist when they do this in church, but sometimes they manage to make it look like a regular sign of the cross so it can be difficult to spot unless you are alert! Watch out for Satanist priests who may do the covert upside down sign of the cross in particular.

I'm using a Mac and I watched a DVD last night.
There's a scene which I'm madly interested in and want to capture it into a image file. (jpeg or bmp)
So is there any kind of programs which can do it for me?
Please do me a help, it's a matter of life and death.

Note: Please don't say "Click on Print Screen and Paste it in Paint' because I've tried this and I saved a blank image.
