A good English dictionary should have the pronunciation rules for the letters. Look in the front of the dictionary. Part of the trouble with English as a second language is that each letter can usually be pronounced several different ways. It can be very confusing. Hope this helps.

You need sound for that, some letters sound rather strange.
In America the Z is pronounced ZEE and in English is ZED.
